All our hardshell suitcases come with a 5-year limited warranty covering any manufacturing defects in the shell, wheels, handles, or zippers.

How long does shipping typically take?

Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of India.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags and protective films are intact.

Are Mokobara bags water-resistant?

Our backpacks and travel bags are crafted from water-resistant fabrics and vegan leather to protect your belongings against light rain and accidental splashes.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within India only, but we are working hard to bring Mokobara to travelers worldwide very soon.

How do I clean my Mokobara suitcase?

We recommend using a soft, damp cloth with mild soap to wipe the exterior shell. Avoid using abrasive cleaners to maintain the finish of the polycarbonate.
