Returns & Exchanges

At Mokobara, we want you to love your new gear as much as we loved designing it. If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Center and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Quality Check

  Ensure your product is in its original condition with all tags intact and packed in the original Mokobara box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary pickup from your doorstep within 24 to 48 hours.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team verifies the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
